Diamondback Products doesn't have a parts department....because we don't need one. Our tippers are engineered with fewer moving parts for longer life, easier maintenance, and to save you money on parts inventory.

• Our patented spring bottom bar latching system virtually eliminates damage to the cart bottom bar by providing shock absorption during the dump cycle, also ensuring above-ground release.

• We use cushioned hydraulic cylinders on the Model 100 and Model 200, for smooth lifting action up and down.

• Our Rotary Actuator models – 450 side loader, 500 and 600 rear loader – is the largest rotary actuator in the lifter industry, and is designed with splined ends and matching collar (not keyways) for longer life.

• Self-aligning ball bushings are made of hardened steel, are shock and corrosion resistant, and require very low lubrication maintenance. All ball bushings are housed in aircraft grade aluminum to cut down on rust and corrosion, and to make repairs easier.

• Models 100 and 200 – Slim designs that are fully adjustable for easy installation, and no sweep blade interference

• Model 450 is our Side Loader tipper with a high and deep throw into the hopper, 26K rotary actuator, and heavy duty lifting and drive arms.

• Model 500 is a Rear Loader tipper than rotates back under the hopper, allowing for the most possible ground clearance. It also has a 26K rotary actuator, and a high and deep dump action.

• Model 600 also rotates under the hopper in its stowed position, and is kicker bar friendly...because of its slim design and rotating action, the Model 600 can be installed on most rear loaders that also utilize a kicker bar for commercial containers.
